So for those of you that know me, I'm all about the shoulder right now. Whether it's shoulder pads, power sleeves, or shoulder cut outs, I'm all about it! There are some amazing shoulder cut-out shirts and dresses out there and I definitely need to get my hands on one... or two! ; )
